TOHUNGA TŪMAU 2024 BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

Definitions:

1.  Tohunga Tumau means Kauta Limited, (“We”, “Our”) being represented here by Lemongrass Productions. We are sure you will appreciate these Terms and Conditions. 
2.  Client means the party named and described as the “client” on the Booking Form (“You”, “Your”).
3.  Registration means this form used to confirm the details of the purchase of Tickets and/or Table Packages. Payment of any invoice is also deemed acceptance of our booking terms and conditions

4.  Your booking will not be confirmed payment is made for your table / booking using our online booking system.


Cancellation by You:
 

5.   Tickets are non-refundable. Please only order the tables which you know you or your organisation need.

 

Cancellation by Us:

6. If the event for any reason is not able to proceed at the original venue or on the original dates, then We will attempt to reschedule the event and your tickets will be valid for the new date or venue.
7. If the Event is cancelled, prevented, postponed or abandoned, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever that is beyond the Organiser’s control, including, without limitation, by reason of fire, flood, earthquake, Covid-19 or other epidemic or pandemic or similar event, state of emergency, Act of God, warlike hostilities, and Act of Parliament, action by government, regulation or direction or any strike or industrial action, disruption to the power supply, (together “Force Majeure”) then the Organiser shall not be liable to any person for any expenditure, liability, or loss (including consequential loss incurred) in any way.
8. If the event is cancelled for any reason other than Force Majeure and rescheduling the event is not possible, then you will be offered a full refund.

9. By purchasing tickets or attending the event you are consenting to the use of your/those attending the event on your behalf’s image taken via photo or video, including images taken by us or shared by you, to be used by us for promotional purposes. 
10. Tohunga Tumau is strictly an R18 event.
