About the event
On the 13th of July 2023, an all-star cast of Maori chefs will gather to forge a menu purely indigenous to Aotearoa. This is the eve of the Matariki national holiday and the first time the event has taken place in Ōtautahi Christchurch.
You and your organisation can join these culinary masters as they showcase the rich depth of flavour and manaakitanga of Aotearoa. As well as our leading culinary talent serving up a five-course menu, the evening will feature fine wines, musicians, and a full line-up of entertainment.
